Opening outlets and tasting products

Here it is our little shop.

After 6 months of the restructuring we have been able to open, we had some difficulties but  now we have finally opened.

It 's an old tobacconist
with barn next to our cellar. We restored it mantaining the original features.

The building is one part in brick where tobacco was dried, hence the name Tabaccaia and another part in stone on two floors. On the ground floor was stored the grain and on the first floor the hay for the animals.

La Tabaccaia, so is called our shop made up of a multi-functional kitchen where we prepare jams, pickles, soaps, etc ... and a section dedicated to sales and a tasting bar and about 4 tables. We can accommodate up to 12 people in winter and we can stay outdoors in the summer and we have a lot of space here.

You can taste our products!

Furthermore, our kitchen is equipped with a small stone mill where we grind our organic corn and produce "ciacce and schiacciate" with which you can taste the cold cuts and cheeses.
