Fresh sheep milk cheese from Pienza

This fresh sheep cheese has been ripened only for 15 days.
It 's a cheese made from the farm Cugusi with only pasteurized sheep's milk. The farm Cugusi is located in Val d'Orcia, a few kilometers from Montepulciano and Pienza.
Its color is white as the milk from which it is produced, it smells like milk and its taste is sweet and delicate.
The skin is pale yellow, fine and smooth.
Inside the paste has a soft consistency. Delicate perfume typical of milk.
