95% Sangiovese and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 1 year in barrels of French oak from 7.5Hl high Roasting, ruby-colored wine with violet and cherry aromas, with a good freshness and perfumes due to the wood like Cocoa, Coffee and soft notes of vanilla that makes the complexity of the cabernet very soft and pleasant to the taste.

Last born in our farm a successful bet. It is Sangiovese vinified in White, by fermenting the must alone without the skins. The resulting product is light red in color, tending to pink fragrant and delicate thanks to notes of cherry and pomegranate that enhance the heart of the Sangiovese scents.
