This wine is also enriched in its aromas and structure with 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.<\/p>\n
Its characteristic deep ruby red color is its defining element along with the scent of oak and the note of Vanilla that makes it soft in aroma and taste. It is also often fermented in the same barrels in which after the racking process it is put back to spend its usual aging period. <\/p>\n
