Our Rosato is a wine of character with its own beautiful structure; it is a selection of Sangiovese grapes vinified in white. In other words, we vinify only the grape must without the skins (as we do for red wines).
The result is a wine rich in aromas with a beautiful bright red/pink color, the taste is fruity, of those fruits that only Sangiovese can express.
Tasting it for the first time, one appreciates the freshness and scents of berries, blackberries, raspberries and currants that underlie the more complex aromas found in its older brother Aristodemo (5% Cabernet S. and 95% Sangiovese).
Sip it with delicate dishes and you will appreciate its scents best, perhaps served chilled as we do on the Farm on hot summer days.
