Il Cipresso Farm is a family business located in Tuscany, near Cortona and Arezzo. Our business focuses on growing about 5,000 olive trees, 4 hectares of vineyard and 4 hectares of forest, strictly following the organic method. We have always avoided the use of pesticides and pesticides. Our location is on the slopes of Mount Lignano Natural Park, about 400 meters above sea level, surrounded by terraces of traditional olive trees and typical Tuscan views.

Restaurant La Tabaccaia
In the ancient “Tabaccaia” of the Il Cipresso farm, where tobacco was once dried, the restaurant “La Tabaccaia” has been opened.
Tuscan dishes are prepared here using only products from the organic farm.
The restaurant offers typical Tuscan dishes made with local ingredients and traditional recipes with special pairings, offering an authentic dining experience with an a la carte menu that is renewed every 30 days.
Relais La Cantina
The Cantina Relais is located inside the villa that houses the farm’s wine cellar. Nestled among oak barrels and ancient scents, we have created suite rooms from the smallest 20 sq. m. to the largest 40 sq. m., all equipped with Wi-Fi, LED TV, air conditioning, sitting area, desk and private bathroom with shower and/or bathtub.
Come relax in the Italian garden, enveloped in the scents of acacia flowers and lemon blossoms, and cool off in the pool surrounded by our rose garden.
