Grain cultivation is an activity that we carry out with great passion and care. Our goal is to preserve the ancient agricultural traditions of our area, using sustainable and environmentally friendly farming techniques.

Crop rotation allows us to maintain soil fertility and obtain high quality grains, which are then stone ground by the Grifoni Mill, a true historical treasure of our community. Thanks to the flour we obtain, we are able to prepare fresh pasta and artisanal bread every day, which are the excellences of our cuisine.
