Mead is an ancient beverage with medicinal properties that we have recently started producing on our farm. It is an ancient wine obtained from the fermentation of honey.
In our case, we ferment a solution of water and lime honey with a few drops of propolis.
The result is extraordinary. Imagine tasting a wine with an alcohol content of around 13%, but with an intense and delicate aroma of honey and floral notes.
It has a sweet flavor, with accents of ripe fruit and honey.
We serve it as a dessert wine to go with the desserts prepared in our restaurant, always chilled well.
