Wild Plum jam is prepared by harvesting the fruits from the trees scattered among the olive groves on the Farm. These plums are small in size and reddish in color. To ensure an intense and pleasant taste, they are slow steamed, preserving the natural flavor resulting from ripening in the sun. We usually spread it on toast for breakfast or snack, but it is also great for making desserts such as cakes and tarts. In addition, it can be enjoyed on its own as a dessert.
