“Wild Plums” Jam is made by harvesting the fruits from the trees scattered among the Farm’s olive trees. The added sugar content is 40 percent, allowing the flavor and aroma of the ripe fruit to be savored.
Quince Jam, on the other hand, is made from an ancient recipe using this fruit that grows wild in terraces planted with olive trees. Apple was also anciently used to scent rooms and drawers, just leaving it in a room would fill the whole room with the scent of apple.
