Peach jam is prepared by picking the fruit from the trees scattered among the olive groves of Il Cipresso Farm. The peaches, of ancient varieties, ripen directly on the vine. Then, they are slowly steamed to preserve the intense and pleasant taste without compromising the flavor resulting from sun ripening. Usually, it is spread on toast for breakfast or an afternoon snack, but it is equally suitable for making desserts such as cakes and tarts. In addition, it can be enjoyed on its own as a dessert.
